Trillium Digital's commitment to serving socially responsible businesses is matched by its determination to make our own business as green as possible. All of our partners work from home to reduce the substantial carbon footprint associated with the use of commercial office space and commuting. Our energy efficient practices extend to our use of energy saving CFLs, power saving laptop computers and peripheral equipment.

Renewable Energy
We match our clients' commitment to sustainability and social responsibility by making our business carbon neutral through the purchase of Renewable Choice renewable energy credits to offset our electricity use with wind power, and recently obtained a solar domestic hot water system from one of our clients--Clear Mountain Solar of Claremont, New Hampshire.

Green Web Hosting
Trillium now offers environmentally friendly web hosting. The hosting company we use takes being green and the environment very seriously. They run energy efficient computers and monitors in their office and place even more concern on energy efficient servers. Reducing the amount of power they use as a company reduces our overall electricity intake, and helps reduce the burning of fossil fuels, the increase in CO2 output and all the associated climate change.

Besides being green, our hosting services can be substantially more affordable than competing hosting services. Our basic web hosting package include ½ Gigabyte (500 megabytes) storage space, 10 databases and unlimited emails for each client. Charitable Giving
We also support a host of local charities and nonprofits including the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD), Bill McKibben's 350.org, Vermont Foodbank, International Tree Foundation, and the Annual Prouty Century Bike Ride & Challenge Walk to raise money for the Norris Cotton Cancer Center.
